69% Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 1% Malbec. (Certified Organic/Demeter Certified Biodynamic) Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, aged 19 months in fine-grain French oak and concrete egg. Aged for 18 months in 100% French oak that is 50% new and 50% second fill, it is a bold, smoky, and meaty wine with notable balance and finesse.
