Description
This is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings. Its assemblage is 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, and 15% Chardonnay. 85% is fermented in tank, 15% in oak. This is richly textured and silky, displaying aromas of lemon grass, strawberry and brioche. Biodynamic. All in a great half bottle format.
