Description
"La Pimpante" or “The Dapper” Brut Rosé made of 10% Pinot Noir, which is sourced from the neighboring village to the north, Verzenay. The remainder is roughly 70% single vintage base wine and the rest from various solera reserves, with a heavier percentage aged in oak barrels. Light salmon colored and plush, just crushed berry fruits. Finely vinous and also with a light mousse —a lavish, coating, saturating and structured rosé.
