Description
This new cuvée is a blend of equal parts of the 3 Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the Massif de Saint-Thierry and more precisely from the village of Trigny. This glorious Champagne is full of crystalline purity, with its flavors of lemon confit, white flowers, and red cherry. The exquisite bubbles are perfectly measured, leading to a long and textured finish. Translated from the French, prémice signifies a beginning. Derived from the Latin primitiae, which means the first fruits of a harvest, set aside as an offering to the gods in antiquity.
