Description
The village of Bouzy is where Benoît calls home, and this cuvée highlights three special terroirs for Pinot Noir there. The final blend is 100% Pinot Noir from Les Vaux Bétins, Les Hannepés, and Tauxières, planted in 1960, 1980, and 1990 respectively. The grapes from each parcel were pressed separately. Bottled without filtration. Dosage 3g/L.
