La Fée Absinthe Parisienne Supérieure is a classic spirit based on an authentic nineteenth century recipe, distilled in conjunction with the French Absinthe Museum, using grand wormwood and other traditional herbs and spices. The 200 ml bottle comes with a pop-up pour spout.
The nose neat is a powerful smooth spirit with a noticeable herbal Artemisia profile with soft tones of anise, fennel and spicy coriander showing. After dilution the louche effect turns the absinthe supérieure to a milky, opalescent green/yellow and opens up the aroma and taste, as the essential oils trapped in the distillations are released, filling the air and your senses.
