This Reposado is born from estate-grown agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, and produced at Distileria El Ranchito, with no additives in order to let the tequila profile and terroir shine through. The agave mash is fermented with a field-extracted, wild yeast. The repo is a very pale, yellow straw, with a smoked citrus nose with hints of vanilla and roasted sweet potato. The palate has salted vanilla cookie, allspice, oak, with a smooth finish.
