Producer notes - "100% Chardonnay from North Coast. Grapes picked for optimal ripeness and flavor development. Partial barrel fermented in neutral oak with lees contact and ML. Aging in neutral barrel and stainless steel tank. Pale straw color with brioche, pink lady apple, and baking spice aromas. An unctuous texture of pineapple fruit flavors with great length and versatility."
