Description
A lovely, red-fruited Pinot from one of the south coast most accomplished winemakers. The 2023 Paul Lato MATINÉE Pinot Noir features an aromatic nose of cherry, violet, and spiced plum, with a lush, medium-bodied palate of vivid red fruit, notes of hibiscus, black tea, and vanilla, and a silky, elegant finish. Its balanced acidity and smooth, supple tannins make it enjoyable to drink immediately, although it can also age for several years.
