Description

The Mosto Verde from this excellent producer uses 21 pounds of the non-aromatic Quebranta grape per bottle. Mosto Verde is the most expensive and difficult style of Pisco to produce because it is distilled from non-finished wine. The higher sugar content and lower alcohol of the half-fermented makes for a complete unique distillate and in Peru is considered to be the highest quality.
