Description
A cute little half bottle, this "Rosé de Saignée" from Jean Vesselle is a more deeply colored Rosé than their "Oeil de Perdrix" bottling, and has a richer mid-palate as well. This is a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée with great structure and is really more of a "gourmand" style Champagne very well suited to accompany a serious meal, as opposed to being an "aperitif" style Champagne like the Oeil de Perdrix.
