Les Brasseurs de Lorraine was established in 2003 by Régis Bouillon and Jean-François Drouin in the commune of Pont-à-Mousson in northeastern France. Passionate about reviving the artisanal know-how of the traditional breweries in Lorraine, Les Brasseurs de Lorraine takes pride in its geographical roots, labeling its products with the regional identifier, ‘La Lorraine notre Signature.’ They were also the first craft brewery to have its products certified ‘Origine France Garantie,’ and in order to preserve the fresh, original taste of each beer, they utilize 100% pure malt, free of additives and preservatives. ‘Bière Gamote’ is a white beer made from hop malt and bergamot, a fragrant citrus fruit popularized in France by the famous Lorraine candy, ‘Bergamots de Nancy’. This beer has a very light pale yellow color and offers fresh yet subtle citrus aromas and a very delicate mouthfeel. ABV: 4.6% We met Beer and Bergamot, to the delight of beer lovers.
