Description
The Kiuchi family proudly named their beer brand ‘Hitachino Nest’ after the Hitachino Province that offers fertile land which supplies many of their beer’s unique flavorings, and Nest, as in a home from which carefully crafted beers take off. From this surrounding, fertile land, Kiuchi Brewery sources indigenous ingredients such as ‘Fukure Mikan’ mandarins, ‘Kaneko Golden’ barley and ‘Asamurasaki’ red rice to flavor their unique and delicious brews.
