This platter is a wonderful way to begin your feast with some of our favorite Thanksgiving cheeses: Saint Angel triple cream (cow), Petite Basque (sheep), and Prima Donna Gouda (cow) served alongside Bresaola,Turkey Salami, savory mixed nuts, cranberries and persimmons. Pickled vegetables, mixed olives, petite toasts and decadent white pumpkin preserves round out our Friendsgiving Board.
Our Cheesemongers at Oxbow Wine & Cheese have designed this stunning meat and cheese board which will serve four as a good appetizer. Larger platters are available for an additional $14 per person, please call 415-391-9400 for assistance.
