Domaine Huet is revered around the world for its legendary, incredibly long-lived Vouvrays. Of special note are their Demi-Sec Chenin Blanc bottlings which offer another level of complexity and ageability that can be quite special. This 2020 from the Le Mont vineyard is a classic example with textbook honey undertones, a hint of ginger, an appealing nuttiness and a wonderfully lush, rich texture that can make one swoon. Yet underneath that full bodied succulence is an excellent dose of bright acidity with admirable nerve that, combined with its admirable structure, will allow this wine to last for many more years.
