This 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon also includes 8% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc, .5% Malbec and .5% Petite Verdot. It shows surprising freshness and accessibility at such a young age and reveals a core of sweet plum tinged fruit along with already nicely integrated, yet structured tannins. Or, as winemaker, Peter Heitz more eloquently notes, "Dusted red & black fruit tones coalesce into a wide expanse of detailed vibrancy.
