Château Langoa Barton traces its hostory to Hugh Barton, grandson of the founder of the house Barton et Guestier who bought the property in 1826 as part of Château Léoville, thus becoming Château Léoville Barton. Today, the estate still belongs to the same family. The 3rd Grand Cru Classé in the Saint-Julien appellation, the reputation of Château Léoville Barton has steadily grown, as a producer of fine wines of notable character and finesse.
A blend of67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc; aged in French oak barrels, 60% new.
