From the producer: This is a wine that is made up of three different varietals, all picked from the same exceptional hillside vineyard on the same day: Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah. We brought the grapes in from the vineyard, destemmed and flashed them immediately. The red juice was soon barreled down and fermented on its lees in French oak. We’ve noticed that red wines made in this way develop extremely soft tannins and develop very quickly, showing bright, rich, red fruit flavors upfront. Our TRIBE Proprietary Red Wine offers hints of spice and chocolate along with black cherry and blackberry notes. With its mevushal status, it's perfect to be served at kosher restaurants or private/public events.
