Domaine Ventoura is in perfect harmony with its environment. They practice sustainable agriculture. No herbicide, no insecticide and maintain
the soil by regular ploughing. Handing is minimal during the wine elaboration, to aim to reveal the flavors and aromas of each terroir, vintage
and cuvée. Family run for 3 generations but mostly as a grower. His son, Claude encouraged the domaine from its first plantations to now grow 11 hectares (27,18 acres) of Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru. His grand son, Thomas, came back to his roots to push the Domain towards winemaking and marketing its own bottles with a full grasp of the family values based on hard work and a profound respect for the Terroirs. Fresh, bright apple and cream flavours and a crisp clean finish.
