From SF chronicle 2016 winemaker of the year, Michael Cruse, comes this easy drinking fun blend of Carignan, Valdiguié, Tannat and Syrah. Cruse crafted this seamless wine in a very natural manner by utilizing native yeasts, allowing spontaneous fermentation, adding only 60 parts per million SO2 and bottling unfined and unfiltered. The result is a vibrant, juicy style and your ultimate BBQ wine featuring bright red cherry fruit notes followed by chalky tannins that are reminiscent of a Loire Cab Franc (without the funk) or a Cru Beaujolais.
