We have been very impressed with the overall quality of rose coming out of Corsica lately. And this tasty little $12 bottle from Domaine Casa Rossa is by far the best value example we've come across. The 2017 is a blend of 70% Niellucciu (Sangiovese) and 30% Grenache that was fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is a nice, light, fruity rose with flavors of red berries, a hint of stone fruits and a kick of spice on the finish. It is thoroughly charming and easy to drink wine - the kind we refer to as a 'no-brainer' that should be in everyone's fridge!
