This wine comes from the combination of 60% Trebbiano and 40% Malvasia, creating a balance between sweetness and freshness. After the harvest, the bunches are hand-picked with careful selection, choosing the healthiest and least compact ones. The drying period lasts about 4 months, in a ventilated room, on racks. The vinification takes place when the grapes have reached the right concentration of sugar; only then are they pressed and the must is placed for fermentation and aging, directly in small kegs with a capacity of 50 and 100 liters. L' the refinement of this wine continues, leaving it to rest in the "caratelli" for 5 years. It is a wine with a bright amber color, which lends itself to aging and has great longevity.
