Rich, layered and voluptuous in style, the 2004 is beautifully layered from start to finish. All the elements fall into place effortlessly. Fontodi's Vin Santo is best enjoyed with cheese or on its own, given its fairly rich, extroverted leanings. The blend is 50-50 Sangiovese and Malvasia.
