A rising blended malt whisky made with spectacular malts from Balvenie, Glenfiddich and Kininvie. Monkey Shoulder has also proven itself as it became the Most Popular Whisky of 2015.
Name comes from a condition that maltmen sometimes picked up while working long shifts, turning the barley by hand. This long exposure caused their arms to hang down reminding of monkey's arm. This condition was later named as Monkey Shoulder.
A really well done whisky with a sweet and malty nose with a creamy, fruity palate.
Good for sipping, delicious with ice and incredible for mixing.
